Bread and Grapes
10 October 2019 3-8pm
Bread and Grapes is an open table dinner installation by the art duo Josephine Amalie von Bülow and Zsuzsa Benke marking the launch of a new event series taking place at HOXTON 253 art project space.
The event is a performative semi-structured dinner discussion with emerging, mid-career
and established artists.
This is the first occasion of a recurring project, which will host dinners as discursive bridging events between artists of different backgrounds and other professional guests.
The aim of the first event was to reflect on different aspects of collaboration, whether it is between family, artists and members of the public, cross-disciplinary professionals or institutions.
Special thanks to the guests who accepted our invitation, shared their experience and thoughts on the subject!
Andrew Hart & Janek Nixon aka Liquin | Carmen and Luisa | Abel Shah | Teresa Paiva | Serena Huang | Magda Kreps
